Barely relevant to the video but, I had a dream where I was the camera man for Sorted filming a 3 Things To Do video and when we wrapped everybody left the counter and everything was good but Ben stepped off of a stool and was a ~3 foot tall gremlin thing, I was more than a little terrified. Still enjoyed this video though.

I like Ajvar, a Croatian red pepper dip! It is actually similar to your red pepper pesto, but it has also roasted eggplant and onions in it, as well as chili for some heat (and garlic of course). After blending everything together, it gets cooked down in a pan until it thickens a bit more. I've made it several times, it is easy and so tasty!

As an American who is an avid watcher of your videos, it always amazes me when I hear different words or pronunciations being used for items. For example:

Aubergine (UK) vs. Eggplant (US)
Courgette (UK) vs. Zucchini (US)
Basil (BA-sil, UK) vs. Basil (Bay-sil, US)

Keep making me culturally literate Sorted!

My Mum makes a killer red pepper and chilli jam. (Now I'm gonna have to send her the link to this recipe) I personally love making stuffed red peppers with mince meat filling and melted cheese!

please do MUSHROOMS next week! I really love mushrooms but I'd like to know more recipes for them other than risotto, sauces or sauteed with veggies. Thanks and loved this video!

I live in a dorm that has a full kitchen for use. No one likes to cook in my dorm so I have the kitchen to myself. I always try to make extras in case anyone in my dorm wants but I get bored with what to cook sometimes. I am so happy I discovered your channel. It really helps me out and my dorm mates love your recipes! Now I get requests on what to make!

I think this may be my favourite series that you've done yet, especially as I'm a student so to be able to find all these recipes which are focused around cheap staple ingredients its amazing! :) xo

My mum makes this roast capsicum soup with chicken and gnocchi in it. It's heaven in a bowl.

I sometimes make roasted red peppers with couscous which is always so nice. I cut the pepper in half, take out the seeds etc and roast it in the oven. Then I take them out after about 15 minutes and stuff them with cooked couscous and then top with some cubed halloumi cheese and pop that back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Such a treat!

I love roasted red peppers, tomato, and rosemary on focaccia. My fav of your recipes is the jam. I had it once funny enough while I was in London!

I'm enjoying this series!  I'm learning so many new ways to use ingredients, and great ways to change up my usual recipes.

I did not go thru all 478 comments to see if someone made a suggestion to make a sorted romesco sauce. I had this at a buffet with mushrooms, mixed veggies, and quinoa and it was fabulous. I just don't know how to make it at home. I hope you make a recipe with this fabulous sauce soon. Thank you for all you do.
