40 min BOOSTED Bodyweight HIIT (Cardio + Strength + Endurance)

In this 40-minute Boosted Bodyweight HIIT (Cardio + Strength + Endurance) workout, we will perform 40 movements for one round only, each lasting 30 seconds with a 15-second rest in between. After every 10 movements, we will have a "booster set" consisting of two exercises for 7 reps each, and as many rounds as possible within 120 seconds. There will be a total of 4 booster sets during this workout. This is the first 40-minute bodyweight HIIT, and boy, it was intense!

Considered saving the second half for another day, as the first twenty minutes make a respectable workout. But since this is "the first 40-minute bodyweight HIIT" I endured and glad I did. I suggest not even watching the timer in the bottom left. Just trust Daniel :)
