Modified a LOT today and usually struggle to let myself "take it easy" but I reminded myself that Kitty wouldn't approve of that mindset and it worked!

I often struggle with feeling guilty and holding on to those negative feelings whenever I don't live up to the (often unreasonable) expectations I set for myself, so this workout and the mini meditation were exactly what I needed today. Thank you for the great workouts and the reminders to always be kind to ourselves and to listen to our bodies!

we did the thing! training with you feels like a challenge these days cuz it's not how i have been moving lately. but i know it's good for the body and soul! fun to get to the workouts that i didn't do at the start of the membership. Love to you Kat and hope you are finding ease amidst your days.

Great workout! I already did glutes and shoulders today plus PT (hamstrings) so I was burning!!! 😅 Loved seeing your little catto 😻 my cat gives me “love eyes” too but only in front of her treat cabinet 😂 Thanks again 🙌💪🏻

Really enjoyed the high lunge to warrior 3 to cross legged sit. Had a great flow and legs were burning after that one

Liking the stict body weights moves and yoga inspired flows with the emphasis on developing functional strength. A goal for me in 2023 is to execute a rollback to standing position without toppling over backwards. One reason my workouts aren't available online

Stole my dog's squeaky toy during the bear crawls 🤣 he was very confused 😂😂
I love the prolonged modifications. This way, I can try the regular exercise and check if I need to modify.
