In this 30 min Single Kettlebell HIIT Workout | + Bodyweight | No Jump | No Repeat | Intense, we will keep the movements simple and yet challenging. We will have 9 bundles of 4 exercises, performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between and a 20 seconds rest after each bundle.

You can simply increase the intensity of this hiit workout by using a heavier kettlebell.

Let's go!"

This was a good workout. I love the H.I.I.T. aspect, especially being a cyclist who is trying to burn more calories and stay lean.

There were a few exercises I could not do due to lack of coordination or difficulty - namely the break dancer move. Most of the exercises were doable. Thanks, Daniel!
