Kettlebells are one of our favorite pieces of equipment and is something we use in almost every workout that we do personally. So, we thought we'd put together a Full Body Kettlebell Strength Workout that's fit for beginners or anyone who would like guidance with kettlebells. Throughout the workout, we provide you with audio cues to help you with form and positioning. We provide 2 different versions of this workout so that you can do it with a pair or single kettlebell. As you do this workout over time, you should feel more comfortable and confident with kettlebells. Drop a comment and let us know if this workout was helpful 🔥

So, every professional fitness coach can have their own ideas on what makes a workout and what doesn't, blah blah blah. What I know for sure was this was a very good beginner workout for those of us who do NOT look like the people in the video.

I also know that while most channels may have some of the details, this channel seems to have most if not ALL of the fine details that really REALLY help someone like me:
-The visual pre-view of the next workout during the short rest (so I can get into position)
-The verbal expliations of the next workout
-The countdown w/ audible beep
-Having 2 people do variations of the same exercise /w verbal ques for side switching
-Showing MULTIPLE ANGLES so I can see the form!!!!

Juice and Toya, thank you! That's it! That is finally it! My search is over. For a month I was looking for kettlebell workout for a beginner. For A Beginner. Not "my body is burnt" beginner workout, not "am i still alive?" beginner workout, and definitely not '800 calories 60 minute 3 sec rest 48 exercises" beginner workout.

This one is just perfect. 350 calories, 30 minutes, with wam-up and cool down. Enough for the start. I'm tied with this one for a first month. And looking forward for the next level. See ya and Hi from Ukraine!

As a beginner, this is everything I want and I work out video. I loved the timer graphic, the beep cues, the audible explanation AND video demonstration prior to each exercise. Absolutely great!

I've done this workout daily for the last 4 days.... and I can honestly say my body is slowly making progress. I'm able to do the plank exercises now without breaking.... small.progress that means a lot to me. Thank you for making these videos

I’ve been struggling with my weight forever. Today I started my count back to Day 1 and ate healthy. And just did the first half of this workout. I’ve reached my highest weight of around 75 kg. I would like to go back and become 60 kg again. Hope I can remain motivated. If someone knowledgeable reads this comment, can you advise if I should these workouts everyday or every other day? Also should I add some type of cardio to this? Many thanks! Best of luck to all beginners.

I suffered from Guillain Barre syndrome this year but thanks to my previous good health habits Im walking again and working out. This is my first 30 min workout that Im able to finish after the event. It was fun :)

This workout is fantastic. Everything I needed to break a quick sweat. As someone who has lot of experience with kettlebell strength training, I can say that this kicked my butt just the right amount. I love that you included modifications, the ability to use one and two kettlebells, and that the workout is full body and efficient. I also appreciate that anyone can make this as hard or easy as they want. You guys are great at explaining how to perform each movement and have great attitudes. Thanks for putting this out there.

Oh WOW! I sifted through so many beginner kettlebell workouts and I found your channel. This is my first workout with you and I AM HOOKED! I love your instruction, the ques were spot on, the cadence, the tone of your voices, your level of "hype" was perfect for me, and the background music was great. I really loved the attention to the exercise and form which guided me to make sure I was doing workout correctly.
