Bre is guiding you today through a super strong full body power Breathe and Flow yoga strength training. This is a bodyweight only training. It is connected like a yoga flow and she reminds you to follow on this breath. This is close to a power flow yoga practice but physically even more challenging, which gives you more chances (or forces you) to focus on the breath. Have fun with it and be patient. Know that strength will come very fast - make this a mindfulness practice.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Oh my god! I’ve done a lot of Flo’s classes but this was so much harder. What a class and I can’t wait to do it again (once I can feel my arms)!

I have completed the yoga for men a couple of times now and decided to give this video ago. It was amazing, absolutely loved it, it was so tough I was covered in sweat! After the 1 minute plank to chaturanga and you said hold for one minute I laughed so hard a proper belly laugh! Thanks 🙏🏻

That class was absolutely savage. I've been doing Breathe and Flow's more advanced classes for about a year now, and I like to think I've gotten pretty good - but this class made me look pathetic! Ill have to bookmark this one to check back in on in a few months lol

I'm not going to lie, I felt the struggle every second of it, but the first time in my life it felt like the good kind of struggle! I'm now filled with a great sense of accomplishment and I'm so glad I decided to try and click on this lesson. Thank you so much for your hard work ❤

Oh my gosh... 🥵... I will need to come back to that one in a month or so and see if I can manage it without collapsing mid flow.. I’m thinking this is going to be my Yoga progress benchmark. 🙏

What I've realized doing Flo's strong yoga practices daily (almost) for the past 1.5 months, is that you start to get closer to Flo's strength level (he is suuuper strong btw) and you start to feel a lot better.

The path is very rewarding. When you give up—and you will, always try to come back. I've done that many times myself, and I couldn't be happier.

Hi Bre! I just discovered your channel a couple weeks ago and have done this and Flo’s advanced 25-minute strength flow. You guys are incredible and I just love your down-to-earth, kind and comforting style of teaching. This practice was so challenging at times but I made it, and the afterglow is just awesome. Keep up the amazing content.

this is an insane sequence and definitely not my current strength level but I’m honestly so proud of how much of this I was able to do. it goes to show how strong I’ve gotten just from doing your other yoga videos and yoga as a practice consistently for the past couple months. I feel stronger than I’ve ever been even while struggling. I’m looking forward to being able to do this whole sequence without modifications in the future 😊
