Just start your push day with triceps. Sport science says to always start with the muscle group you want to focus on.

This makes a ton of sense, it just allows you to rest more and it give opportunity to superset when you dont have as much time. Personally. I just added another day to my split to do bis and tris so they didnt interfere with my back or chest.

Your arms were lagging because you were training them at the end of the workout. If you wanted more arm growth you’d train them before larger muscle groups.

FACTS! My progress with my triceps was laughable compared to everything else until I switched to doing triceps on a different day than chest

Like it. But, I don’t know why people don’t do this split.
Chest/Bis
Back/ tris
Legs
Shoulders / core
I’ve been doing this for ages and I look like an Adonis

You could have done antagonist as well or torso and limb day

okay but if you do ur pull day the next day ur biceps will be fatigued, which play a huge role in your pull movements

You can't hit your triceps good enough because your workouts are Overkill and your body just simply cannot handle and recover because of it..your pride Won't let it down so you'll remove it. I urge you to go back and rethink about your plan. your triceps are bigger than your bicep muscle

I will say this.ut muscles dont know what day it is.they just grow when u train them to exhaustion and then allow them to recover
