Hi i'm Joe, I have created this YouTube channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

The theory in nuclei overload is to stop training for about 1-2 weeks after completing the 30 days, and the effects should be the most evident after you come back to training, so don't count it out just yet! :D

Although I believe in the principle of Nuclei overload, one of the reasons training a muscle every single day won't work optimally is that one must likely sacrifice set quality (particularily load and intensity) and therefore likely mechanical tension, which is the most important factor for hypertrophy. Challenges like these are still fun though😎 Great video Joe❤

Your arms have come such a long way joe, you’re doing great things and helping lots of people like you to improve!

I trained my arms as well for 30 day and nothing happened unfortunately. Probably because I didn't eat properly. After that I decided to take meal plans from Next Level Diet, but I don't have time to train arms everyday anymore. It gets pretty boring if you ask me.

Mate tbf it definitely goes to show that (in naturals especially) an arm thats shredded looks pretty damned big compared to when it's physcially bigger and full of water and fat during a bulk. This is probably not breaking news to alot of people but it's just interesting to re-enfocre the point that bigger isn't always better.

I’m also a skinny guy myself. I totally understand the struggle! Started hitting the gym in 2019, weighed 110 now I’m at 150. It took a awhile but loving the progress! You gained a lot, I loving seeing us boys gaining weight. Reaching our goals! Keeping pushing brother!

It's amazing how much placebo plays a role in these challenges on how much we perceive our improvements. Love how you always re-assess when you do these challenges and are happy to say when something doesn't work! Awesome vid. The daily pump must have been insane!

It honestly amazes me how a thin boy at the beginning of the video achieved a solid muscular physique. Now it's my turn to put some meat. I'm fed up of looking like a lollipop. Been going to the gym for 3 weeks now. I also got myself a meal plan (which I got from Next Level Diet btw), and I am very satisfied with its flexibility and simplicity. I hope I will make it and make myself proud at least once in my life!!

Would like to say I’m currently in university for human physiology and exercise psychology and have learned about muscle growth via hypertrophy which everyone knows about as muscles break down they grow in size. The theory of nuclei overload or whatever it was called is a form of muscle growth known as hyperplasia; instead of muscle fibers breaking down they replicate and grow in number not size. From what I know from my classes hyperplasia within our skeletal muscles stops by the times we’re 2 years old and then muscle growth only happens via hypertrophy.

This is why I love Joe’s videos, no bullshit just short and straight to the point

I do believe this may work in the sense that it creates more nuclei in the muscle. The problem is, during those 30 days, you're not building more muscle, you're simply perhaps adding more nuclei. Then after the 30 days and you rest them properly, you can start training them like you normally would where they receive the adequate rest they need plus proper caloric / protein surplus, and now your nuclei in the muscles will begin to help synthesizing more muscle tissue faster than they normally would. Obviously not steroid significantly faster, but slightly distinctly noticeable differences.
Just my add on to the theory.
First month is simply for adding nucleus not for added muscle just yet. It's like you're setting up the machinery to begin building muscle in the future.

I LOVE that you keep your videos concise within 5 minutes, not like other fitness YouTubers, who make every topic around 8-10 minutes

Dude the guy measuring it screwed it up, you can clearly see in the before measurement he ran the tape from the peak of the bicep to the peak of the tricep, cool. Then on the after measurement he measured from the peak of the bicep to closer towards your arm pit completely missing the peak of the tricep. Your arms were 100% bigger
