I have FND and this really helped me to reset my nervous system. I will repeat this a few times a day until I am completely reset. And will continue to do this as a maintenance afterwards. Thank you for sharing this method with us.

Thank you for this one ❤️ first time seeing and doing one of your yoga practices. I really feel calmer now. This is actually the first yoga video I can do fully, I am revalidating from pains and altough yoga is very good for everybody, I don’t see much video’s with exercises I can all do, so thank you for that too🤗

Thank you for such an effective nerve reset. The part with the vagus nerve helped me a lot.

I’ve been affected by some strange neurological symptoms for 6 weeks now- feels like internal tremors- Adrenalin not turning off. Everything I read points to anxiety but the physical symptoms are quite overwhelming.
I’d love to know what else you could recommend for better vagus nerve tone. Again, thank you for such a helpful video. ❤
