Where has this nidra been all my life?! This was absolutely narcotic! My newborn started to fuss near me but I was still pretty deep&focused on your words. When you brought us back and said to nod our heads back&forth I could barely move. My fingers twitched awake slowly and I was finally able to come around and sit up. I have so much stress going on right now in my life...this was just what I needed! Thank you and namaste!

Dear Ally—Might you consider adding a tag to your titles that clue us in to what the background sound will be? Surging surf. Chirpy birds. Chimes. Silence. Etc. It would help those of us who are sound-sensitive know where to go, and remember which ones work for us. (The surf in this one, I could do.) Thanks for all your offerings!

Well it’s been a few weeks that I have been doing your meditation practices. Enjoying more and more. I have Epidermolysis bullosa on my soul of my right foot. Mostly the arch and the inner side of my right heel. It was getting really bad. It stressed me out all the time. Ive had it for about 2 years. The medication for it is really bad for anyone to take. So I decided to try to heal my self. Through this meditation it has surprisingly gotten better with NO medication. I mean like the pain itch is gone. My foot is turning back to normal color. And I can wear my tennis shoes with out ripping the off to scratch my foot. It was almost unbearable. I don’t know if other people know this works. But I want them to know that I’m healing through your meditation practices. My dr is just puzzled that it’s healing with NO meds! Thank you ally for all you do. I’m a lifer Ms. Ally. Thank you 🙏🏼 the nervous system massage is my go to 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Hi Ally I discovered you thanks to Chris Evans and have been listening to you before bed every night. My 8yr old son suffers with anxiety tics that come and go. His especially bad at the moment. I suddenly thought tonight I would play one to him as he is going to sleep ...do you think it could be something that could help ??
