I’ll be doing this every day and I’ll tell you the results!
Day 1: my back was sore for multiple hours after the workout
Day 2: no results ( ofc) and it was still hard to do. I also feel sore today, but not as much as yesterday.
Day 3: it was easier to do and i feel like I’ve gotten rid of my fat (just a little bit)
Day 4: Done!
Day 5: done (I stopped 2 times but I feel stronger, slimmer already!!!)
Day 6: Done
Day 7: Done
After one week of this workout everyday I have to say that this is a really good workout. My fat used to hang from the sides before and now it’s almost gone!! Recommend this without doubt.

I’ve been doing this video everyday for just 5 days and I’m already seeing results. I’m so excited, my back fat has been an insecurity of mine for as long as I can remember

Okay I’m literally shocked with this like I literally started seeing results in 3 days I’m now on day 5 and literally my back fat is almost gone. I’ve never done a back fat workouts before so I can’t compare it to others but I swear on this it’s so quick but soo effective and u can really feel the burn 🔥

I’m going to be doing this twice a day for 7 days
Day 1 I felt saw after but I already saw differences
Day 2 started to hurt my back but it didn’t hurt as bad as yesterday
Day 3 hurts so
Day 4 I saw some differences
Day 5 my back looks so much different already
Day 6 really hurt but worth it all the way
Day 7 yay we are done I feel so much more confident about my back now I really recommend doing this workout

Results: I could see a difference especially on my lower back and my bra bulge. Even though I had physical school I did other simple back exercises so I guess that's why It happened so quick. No diets were done during the workouts. Try stay persistent for you to get better results.

these workouts are so good! my love handles have always been really stubborn but this pretty much eliminated them within a few days! 💕

Gonna be doing this for a week and putting my results here
Day1: ✅ felt like i was gonna throw up and had to stop several times but i did it. my back feels tight
Day2: ✅ easier than day 1 but still hard and wanted to cry
Day3: ✅ easy for me to do. noticing my back is slimmer already!
Day4: ✅ felt hard to do but i competed it. back feels tighter
Day5: ✅ i switched out the last exercise for a different one. my back doesn't feel pudgy as much and i'm noticing a huge difference in my lower back mainly

Day 1: I’m dead but I can feel the burn of exercising so that’s good.
Day 2: I’m still dead and still feel the burn. Still out of breath from doing this.
Day 3: woke up a little sore. Still feel the burn and a little out of breath at the end but it’s gotten easier. I think my love handles are slightly going down but I can’t tell yet.

edit: guys i want to tell DO NOT STOP DOING THIS WORKOUT i don't have the results that i want yet, but this is SO GOOD YOU REALLY FEEL YOUR BACK FAT BURNING. i was about to leave this workout because at the beggining it was exhausting but after doing it everyday for 2 weeks it's not that hard anymore.
i'll be back in one month to tell you how i went with this awesome workout :))
