This routine helps tone the under chin/neck area by working the scalene muscles, sterno muscles and clavicle. By using this routine consistently, you are able to stretch these muscles and improve blood flow (clear edema) that helps to get rid of your double chin/ face fat.

Double chin can occur due to being overweight, but mostly it is due to lack of muscles used in the neck area from bad posture which leads to poor blood flow, blockage of lymph nodes= creates edema underneath the chin (double chin).

Gonna do this for a week
Day 1 ✅ - Did it 3 three times before heading to bed
Day 2 ✅ - so far so good, definitely felt that tightness .
Day 3 ✅ - did this 5 times and I’ve also realized there’s a huge difference since day one
my face looks slimmer and my neck does too and my jawline is showing .
Day 4 ✅ - Did this 5 times and I’m loving the results so far .
Advice: if you have nothing to do and bored, DO THIS .

I always take 19 minuts out of my dad to improve myself:)
10 min- daisy keech hourglass workout
4 min- kim balanay slimer arms
5 min- gloria song double chin

I'd def recommend doing all these! I've been doing it for a month and already made a lot of progress

It's a technique discovered by Dr. Mike Mew and if you practice this technique often, it actually helps improve your facial features and jaw alignment!

Hi guys, I have been doing this exercise for like two weeks now. When I first started it, I had double chin and no jaw line at all and within just the first three days of doing these exercises right before my night time skincare routine everyday I started seeing results already and now within just two weeks I have a very sharp jaw line, my neck looks longer and my collar bones are more visible. Highly recommend trying this and thank you Gloria. Consistency is the key ❤

I did this for a week and here are my honest thoughts. I do this 2 times in a row, everyday before going to bed, on the first two days I felt my neck REALLY tighten (pain). Then my double chin starting to disappear on 3rd/4th day. My jawline even got slimmer! I'll continue doing this workout, I'll update every Tuesday. Lets see how this goes!!

UPDATE: I continued doing this for a week and once again, the same results happened as before but even better!! I started seeing a visible jawline!! I'm so happy cause my jawline definitely tightened after this exercise. I've also seen the comments and I have to be honest, I lost a little bit of cheek fat but not too much. It's definitely not as puffy as before so this definitely worked!!

UPDATE AGAIN: sorry i forgot to update, tbh my jawline looks the same as the second week except MUCH MORE TIGHTER. And I’ve seen the comments; no I’m not on a diet but I am limiting sweets and oily food. I also didn’t loose that much cheek fat.

UPDATE: I want everyone here to know that I have realised something. I slimmed down very easily because I also work out 4 times a week. I do the tabata workout incase you wanted to know. Other than that I have been trying some other videos that slims down cheek fat since I'm satisfied enough with my jawline :D For now, I'm trying the channel 'MuscleWatching'. Let's see how things go...

Defo works guys. I've only been doing it around twice a day for 3 days so far and notice my neck fat decreasing. The reason I think its decreasing is that my jawline is getting that bit sharper. The change is not massively noticeable but its enough that I can see it in my profile. I'm excited about this as my weak chin has been bugging me all my life and now I'm pretty sure that the fix was to exercise it all along the same as the rest of my body. Might come back to this comment in a months time with an update

I’m gonna do this for a week to see the results
Day 1: I did it and it hurted a bit but this workout was amazing
Day 2: I did it and it didn’t hurt as much so it was awesome
Day 3:I did the exercises but forgot to update
Day 4: I was busy I didn’t do it
Day 5:it started to work and I see my jawline and a slimmer neck
Day 6:it looks slimmer and my jawline is showing
Day 7 last day: it’s slim and I’m so impressed
And reminder I did this two times and two times a day

Hey guys, I have been doing this workout since July 2022 and it is now July 2023! I must say this workout is VERY effective. It helps your face feel more tighter and more defined. In 2022 my face was very bloated and had no jawline at all and now there is a HUGE difference. I can now see my jawline and feel more confident. My family members even told me I look different! The key to help this be more effective like it was for me is to workout. Specifically, HIIT cardio workouts is the type of workout that helped me! Of course, keep in mind it is different for everyone so cardio may not work for some. I still ate what I wanted but portioned. Hope this helps anyone wondering if this is effective! 🤗

I'll try to update you guys everyday starting today.
Week 1:
Day 1: I did it and already noticed a difference! My smile lines are showing less and I can really see my jawline take structure.

Day 2: my jawline hurts way more than yesterday. It is sore. And feels tight and I definitely see the difference already!

Day 3: My jawline got slimmer! And I can feel way less fat in my double chin. It doesn't hurt as much as yesterday. Though more you do it, the more you get used to it! I see slight changes!

Day 4: It felt way less sore than yesterday, the more you do it the more you get used to it. My jawline is already defined and I have less fat in my double chin, My double chin is starting to disappear. My jawline got slimmer too

Day 5: Sorry I haven't updated in a while but I did it just didn't update you guys. SO I notice my face is getting thinner and my jawline is getting more defined and all the things I said the past few days

Day 6: I did it and like i said, my face getting slimmer and thinner, losing face fat. And jawline more defined and thinner

Day 7: HAPPY 1 WEEK! I already see less face fat and my jaw getting slimmer and thinner and defined, im more confident :)

doing this EVERYDAY starting today!
day 1: no change (obviously) i did feel my face tighten and hurt a little
day 2: no changes again but my face feels a little bit tighter
day 3: VERY SLIGHT change but still there
day 4: omg my jawline is showing more! definitely seeing a change :)
day 5: the same as yesterday but the stretches felt good
day 6: its looking better!
day 7: OMG ITS GETTING WAY MORE DEFINED.
day 8: same as yesterday and my face is feeling tighter
