The first two massages HURT SO MUCH when I first did them but the more you do the more it’s clears the lymph nodes so it won’t hurt as much ;))💗


Also DISCLAIMER: you can’t spot reduce fat!! These workouts are to tone the surrounding muscles to make them appear smaller, but these are TEMPORARY so you have to do them constantly in order to not lose the “toned” effect! Other than that, I CANNOT wait for you guys to try because these are my FAVS in one video!

After reading the comments I didn't believe that this workout would work, but still did it for a week and I see so many differences I am so happy because my Armpit fat was always my biggest insecurity and I was never able to wear tops:( this workout made it so much better😳 thank you so so much❤️❤️❤️

Remember if you want results just do it with smile on face, don't force yourself to do it! The most important thing is to WANT to do it, I wish you guys to feel good exercising not to hate it ;3; good luck!

day 1: i can feel this workout working !!
day 5: i noticed the difference when using some tops !! definitely giving me results 💪
day 10: my armpit fat reduced in a noticeable way, i feel way more confident (i will keep doing the workout) 💗
day 15: im really happy with the results ! i think i will only do this a few more times to achieve my goal :))

i did this for THREE DAYS and not only did i notice a drastic decrease in my armpit fat, but my arms got slimmer too !!

I can’t possibly be the only one who has long nails and did other workouts before this so the first 2 moves were super uncomfortable to me because my armpits were sweaty and my nail hurt my armpits omg 😭😂😂 but this is super effective so anyone wondering if it works it totally does and I’m already petite but like she said my armpit fat area always bothered me so if your already pretty skinny but have that problem then you should most likely see results within a week or two 😊

Honestly, this is pure magic. I have been doing this workout for 3-4 days and guess what? My armpit fat in my left hand is completely gone and in the right side, it's now only a little.

I have been struggling and hating my armpit fat (more like a lump) for the last two three days and this summer, I decided to exercise for whole body. Talking about this one, it actually works and I definitely recommend others to do it!

Day8- done. (lets see how long i"ll remain consistent.)
Day 9- done 💃
Day 10- done (have really bad headaches 😭)
Day 11- done. (I'm proud of myself!)
Day 12- done!
Day 13- done. (happy Easter y"all)
Day 14- done! I actually really see changes. No more double rolls under my arm.)
Day 15- done ✅

Day 17- - (took two days break, my back was hurting from other exercise that I do.)
Day 18- I"m back. Done!

Day 22 - Done! (missing too many days, gonna get back really active soon.)

day 1: this armpit fat workout is unique to all the others i have found!! i loved the massaging part because i have never seen that done before and am really hoping for great results!
Day 2: i did this workout early in the morning. no results yet, but that is to be expected since i just started the workout and things like this don't happen over night ☺️
day 3: i didn't have access to the video yesterday, so i did it twice today!! no results yet, but i am hopeful.
day 4: i feel it working, but no noticeable results yet. did it twice today!
day 5/6: i do this workout any chance i have! hopeful for results 🤗😓
day 7: i have added the gabriella whited armpit fat workout as well! i think some has reduced, but not a huge noticeable amount.
day 8: did this workout a total of three times today, once in the morning, after school, and before bed. my arms itselves seemed toned, but for armpit fat little has reduced.
day 9: arms are so sore (probably from the gabriella whited workout) and i am noticing more results. did the gabriella whited workout 2x and this 1x
day 10: i was SUPER unmotivated today, so i only did the gabriella whited workout once
day 11: both gabriella whited and gloria song done today!

remeber! commitment is a HUGE part in loosing weight! you have to want it to make a change. and don't say things like "Oh i'll do it in a couple hours i'm gonna lay in bed rn" or "i'll start tommorow" you want a change NOW!! if you want a change today, you must do the workout, etc, TODAY! i know it seems hard but i believe you can do it! 🤍🤍🤍🤍

I’ve been doing this for two weeks (might be less) and my armpit fat is almost gone! Thank you Gloria for your fun, easy to follow, and perfect
level workouts! For me, it’s right at medium - hard when I do your workouts and it’s just perfect! With doing your inner thigh and cardio workout, I’ve lost 5 pounds in two weeks! It might be water weight but hey, you helped me lose it and I’ll definitely lose actual weight if it was water weight :)
