Doing this workout Monday-Thursday for the rest do the summer! (I do this workout with my booty workouts on Monday and Wednesday. Then a Toned-Arm workout with my waist workout on Tuesday and Thursday!)

Day 1: ✅ Didn’t feel anything tbh maybe a tiny burn but nothing much
Day 2: ✅ Definitely sore under the armpit from yesterday
Day 3: ✅ Less sore!

guess it rlly works!!! I have already started seeing my arms are getting toned and slimmer and also my armpit fat is less visible after just 2 days doing this workout morning and before bed!!
