I love how this stretch routine had a lot of different stretches from the other ones! I like changing my routines sometimes for fun but I normally just focus on one to do every day.

Did anyone else do this and feel dead inside. WHYS IT SO HARD. I can barley hold the bridge for 5 seconds

Idk is this is a good idea but here is routine in written steps (idk what to name them so I just randomly named them you can edit if you like):


1. Downward dog- 30 sec
2. Seal head roll- once anti-clockwise + clockwise
3. Seal bend- 20 sec
4. Bow/(easy) bowl pose- 20 sec
5. Back fold/ (easy) bowl pose - 20 sec
6. Child’s pose- 20 sec
7. Tabletop (right) stretch- 20 sec
8. Tabletop (left) stretch- 20 sec
9. Cat bend- 15 sec
10. Crawling arch- 15 sec
11. Knee bridge/ (easy) square bend- 30 sec
12. Pike / (easy) simple downward dog- 20 sec
13. Arch- 20 sec
14. Back bend/ (easy) lift- 15 sec
15. Bridge/ (easy) lift- 10 sec
16. Pike stretch- 20 sec
Total: 5 min

I’ve been doing this daily for 2 weeks and there’s already a significant difference, I’m so happy about it ☺️
I want see if I can get a back walkover again at 23, the last time I did it was at 16.

I was at like an open gym thing where basically the whole gymnastics thing is empty except a couple ppl. I did a roundoff back handspring back layout 1/1, and fell on my back and pulled a couple muscles. My back is usually incredibly flexible, but very stiff currently. I have level 7 gymnastics (competitive) today, and I am going to do this to hopefully help loosen it for practice. Anyways have a good day everyone! ❤

Anna, thank you so much for your stretches! When I was young, I can only do the backbend, split, middle split and leg holds. But now I watched so many of your stretches and get a front and back walkover, chin stand, a really high over split, and even my leg hold got even higher than before and I can also improve my balance now! And I can also do a handstand for like over 1 minute!🤸‍♀😍💕💜💜💙
