I've been doing this for 13 days and I've already seen the change in my flexibility, of course I'm not as flexible as Anna but i really wanna keep pushing myself and trying my best, thank you so much Anna, we all love and support you💕😄

I love how on Anna'a tutorial's she's realistic and doesn't say, "GET THE SPLITS IN ONE DAY" like other youtubers. That way you don't get discouraged if you don't learn it quick. (EDIT thanks so much for these many likes)

I'm going to start this challenge. It seems realistic for the average person. Working from home has removed almost all the incidental exercise in my day to day routine and my back is horrible. Thank you for the video!!

YES I"M FINISHED. I'm so proud of myself and today was the last day of the 30 day challenge and I just finished the stretch. Thank you so much Anna!
