Jessica, I just birthed my first baby girl last week -- almost 9lbs and I did not tear at ALL after pushing for 20 minutes! My doctor was astounded, as were the nurses. I credit your yoga videos, which I did multiple times a week, and especially the yogi squat, which I tried to practice every day. I was a college athlete, but never into yoga until pregnancy. Thank you for your informative and enjoyable videos... I'm so grateful for you!

I almost dozed off at the end there, meaning the class was that good and relaxing. Been doing your yoga practices everyday and currently at 21 weeks. AM praying for a safe and healthy pregnancy and normal delivery.

Currently 16weeks and I’m ready to start moving after all the weakness of 1st trimester. I was previously into yoga but haven’t moved in almost 2years!

Today, I'm 17w6d - I've had horrendous time since week 8th and I'm still fighting nausea and vomiting but I'm finally starting to feel a bit more energised. Today was my 1st exercise with you. After all those weeks, I'm unable to stay in some poses, but I will just listen to my body. Thank you ❤

I'll be 17 weeks this week, and I've been horrible at staying active this pregnancy because chasing a toddler around is exhausting! But I'm committed to doing what I need to to get my body in shape for labor, and I'll be working on doing 2 or 3 of your videos a week. Thank you, this video was the perfect start to my focus back on staying stretched and active!

I always shed a single tear at the end of each of your yoga workouts. <3 I carry a lot of tension in my body, pregnant or not, and slowing down with yoga and focusing on my breath is something I rarely do. That last relaxation bit and connecting with my baby always gets me emotional! Thanks Jessica!
