I’m almost 18 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I decided to start looking into prenatal yoga because I’ve been having a rough time with hip and lower back pain already! Also because I’ve heard that it is healthy and good for both mama and baby. I loved doing regular yoga before I got pregnant, so I just knew I was going to love this! I’m not sure how often to do prenatal yoga, but I’m gonna start out slow and ease into it! So far baby has been extremely healthy and active! So thankful!

I’m nearly 31 weeks and this felt wonderful! I get so achy from sleeping on my side all night, and this yoga sequence really helped me feel good again. I like the pace and duration of the movements too. Thank you!

22 weeks here ❤ loved the surprise affirmation half way through: at first I was like 'am I?!?!?' and with more breath I shifted to 'I am'. Very powerful. Thank you, will definitely check out more of your pregnancy videos

27 weeks and these yoga stretches have really brought me balance. It’s been a task getting use to total side sleeping as I’m normally a stomach sleeper so I’ve been finding that my sides and hands start going numb and causing me to toss and turn side to side though out the night to find comfort.
