*this workout was absolute insanity but i loved every minute of it and feel so accomplished! im 5’7” and a little over 170 lbs. 390 active calories and 488 total calories and counting! i liked that you started off with lower body to get things going as that is usually the hardest to do physically and mentally! heaviest i used today were 25 pounds. max heart rate was 187. i think will jump on my trampoline as a finisher today!*

That's a killer. 😢😢😢 But loved it. I am post menopause, I didn't taken drugs for that, just good old fashion workouts... and of course a very good diet. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 michelle when you do Amrap I use your tempo, I keep up with you well try. 😂😂 thanks girls. ❤

I just purchased a rebounder and then found your channel from searching for rebounding workouts. I love your style and coaching. Those ladies are so lucky to have you local and workout together! I’m 47 and post menopausal recently trying to not do HRT. Do you do it? When you say jump training is rebounding also considered part of that? Thank you so much!
