This felt so good! I love how you leave an actual decent length savasana in your videos! Makes me feel like I'm in a yoga class again not being interrupted by the end of a video and having to pause to get back to savasana. So peaceful. Thank you Charlie!

Nice, thank you! A few weeks, maybe two months ago even, I did one of your practices and remember writing in the comments how I then realised in bow how much work my lower back needs. After doing one of your practices thursday and today which both included bow, I see that my lower back has gained strength thus my legs are lifting higher than before! Wonderful, I'm pleased. Really enjoyed that one. It felt a lot like a “bored easily” strength training workout in the way that there wasn’t a lot of repetition. I think it had a good balance of difficulty. I also like how you use “accessible “ instead of “easy.” Thank you.

Was a bit doubtful, if it is not going to be too much after my morning 7 km run in nearly 30°C, and it was challenging (over 30°C in my flat, too🥵), but in the end I trully enjoyed it!
And - a made another baby step towards crow, managed to have both feet off the ground for a second or two - for the first time ever!🎉🎉🎉🎉
You are the best yoga teacher I've ever encountrered!❤❤❤
