30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength CHALLENGE]

Tap in with us for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout that will challenge your overall strength and conditioning. This is a great baseline workout that you can do when you want to test your strength and gauge you're improving over time. You'll need a pair(s) dumbbells for this workout and we recommend going moderate to heavy for each exercise. The challenge in this workout is to complete each exercise while only resting during the designated rest periods. If you find that it is getting too difficult, you can follow Toya for modifications or take a quick pause during the interval. Give this workout a try and be sure to let us know how you did down in the comments.

Disclaimer: Toya was about 6 months pregnant in this workout so it is pregnancy safe when following modifications. If pregnant we recommend getting clearance from your doctor or PT beforehand.
