Ok! So I am well near the end of my 3rd week doing this. I am obese and have a pear-shaped body, I have been doing this workout alongwith other of Lucy's workouts. Changes I felt;
1. Increased flexibility
2. Increased stamina when I walk, I used to get tired a lot
3. I can definitely see the real shape of my legs but as I am obese with massive thighs it will take longer-but I think according to my body type I think I am seeing the change
4. When I walk I feel I can put my legs together (closer than when I started)

So yeah! I think this works well. Will keep doing it as long as I can along with Lucy's other workouts.

Last year my thigh was 27 inches. I did this exercise for 7 days last week and my thigh size dropped to 25 inches!!!! My legs look slimmer and longer! So YES THIS WORKS! show up people, as Lucy says get that pen, tick it off!!! I am now doing day 15 of this workout!!!!

I can confirm this works. I lost a half inch off the top of my thighs and a full inch off the bottom. I can actually feel the difference when I sit or walk. I'm going to continue with this. :)

Hey everybody. when I started doing this workout I felt very insecure of how my legs looked but after a week into this I felt instantly better . no there were no immediate improvements but I felt comfortable in my own body and after 2 weeks I got a thigh gap and my legs were more toned and fit . hey trust me blindly and do this for a week. good luck !

I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks now and guys... THIS WORKS! I have naturally big tights and by doing this daily and not really changing my diet I've lost about 3 cm of tight fat. I feel much more stronger, can walk longer distances without getting tired. Its magic. To anybody new here.. Don't ever give up. I know it might be hard in the beginning but it really gets easier, trust me. Sending y'all some love and motivation!! 💪❤️💪

I did this workout for one month. When I started, my thighs were 26.5 inches. After one month, it measured 20 inches. This workout really works.👍👌 Thank you Lucy💕

Hello! 😛 I currently way anywhere between 145-160 pounds . I'm
A little insecure considering im only 13 😐 and plus my mom is 20 years older than me and shes only 180. I'm gonna attempt to do this work out until school starts or maybe ill stop a bit sooner. I wanna loose atleast 3 inches off each thigh. School starts Aug 15th . Ill talk to yall then or a bit sooner if i start seeing rapid results . ❣️see you guys soon ! Long story short - This works. I did it for 7 days and my tight pjs are now loose on me. My thighs have become tighter and I think I'll come back to this after 1-2 weeks of other challenges.

I highly highly highly recommend her workouts. I have went down from 76 to 58 kgs in 6 months. I do belly, full body and leg workout everyday sometimes twice in a week but mostly once. I also eat in calorie deficit. But I can tell u one thing do them. Thye are a magic to get your dream body ❤️❤️

I have just finished day 5 and OMG! This works! I have struggled with my upper thighs for years and nothing ever seemed to work. I combined this workout with the “muffin top” challenge for a good, hardcore workout and they’re working! Both these workouts seem to target both areas in one workout.
