These 2 chair exercise videos are awesome!! Following knee surgery, I am super limited in weight bearing. These are perfect! I hope there are more to come! Thank you <3

I deal with anxiety unfortunately and when I would do aerobics for beginners, they were still a little much for me, i know my body is in need of very low impact stretching and moving.. Something where its not getting my heart going but instead circulation and burning effect on my body.. Wow what a perfect workout in 5 minutes! Towards the end I was still ready for more and my body feels warmer, great curculation was given and my heart wasnt burdened, thank you Ms.! 😊
And thank you Jesus for allowing me to find her. 🙏🏼

I have a recovering sprained ankle and I miss doing my daily workouts as the doctor suggested I get full rest. I was feeling pretty low when I found out about this video and started following the coach's instructions straightaway (as I was already sitting in my chair). I am covered in sweat right now and this feels amazing! Thanks a lot for uploading this video! <3

This was incredible. I've got a foot injury and can't bear a lot of weight and didn't want to miss a workout. This helped a lot!!

So glad to find this workout. I have arthritis in my feet, knees, hips, and spine among other places. I have several workout videos and DVDs that I have to modify to the point that you wouldn't know it was the same workout. But with the exception of the shoulder I had surgery on 3 months before COVID (so physiotherapy was closed just after I started so the shoulder will never be normal) I don't have to modify this. So glad to find it. See you in 2 days!

the hardest part is just STARTING! You make it easy for exercising to become a daily habit, which is my 1st goal. This is so doable! Once I get the hang of movement everyday with this, it will be easier to add on. Thank you so much!

Just found this. I have always been overweight, but a knee injury 4 yrs ago destroyed me. This is something I can do to start to lose some weight and tone. Thank you

One of the best chair workouts I have done. I’m 66 years old and have tried several chair workouts and this is my favorite so far. It’s not too strenuous, but definitely still gives a quick beneficial work out.
