This 7 Minute at home workout will help you get slimmer thighs and legs in no time!

Welcome back loves! This week, you will be doing a 7 minute workout to target the legs and thighs. It might sound short, but trust me it is intense and really burns the thighs.

Complete the whole routine once a day and if you want to burn fat, then combine with a fat burning, cardio workout on my channel and a balanced diet

I did this workout five times a week for three weeks, and the results are great. I am a teenager and I have never been more confident than I am now. If you're reading this go do this workout it's worth it!

Im a teenager (yes a teenager, and you might be thinking YOU DONT NEED SLIMMER LEGS YOU ARE A CHILD, but Im doing this to be healthier and to be confident in myself)
I don't have much hope cause I tried EVERYTHING and my thighs are just so stubborn, stretch marks are appearing and I feel so insecure, having thick thighs sounds cool but most of the time its not.
I'll update after like 2-3 weeks, remind me sometimes if you can.

I'm on day 2! Please bother my notifications to keep me on track, looking to stay consistent for a whole month! Will report results at the end of the month. My current fitness goal is to lose fat and gain muscle/strength, and I've spent the last few months increasing my daily activity and eating more nutritional meals with an emphasis on protein, fiber, and healthy fats. I want to add some regular bite-sized strength routines to my busy schedule.

I change my mind I'm going do this workout for 30 day and I will update everyday if I don’t forget and I do everything one time.
My thighs are: 53cm
My calves are: 34cm

Day 1: ✅ it was good after the workout I feel like my legs we’re shaking and burning but it was all fine.

Day 2: ✅ this was also a successful but I felt the pain in my legs when I was walking. But all fine.

Day 3: ✅ sorry for a late update I forgot to do it and it is also late here but I still did it. it went good I felt the burning in my legs and in the morning when I was walking downstairs.

Day 4: ✅ I had a little busy day. I've walk a lot so I felt the pain but it was okay. I was kinda proud about that cuze then I know I did a good job and I also realized that the workout became easier so I was also really proud about that.

Ps: I will measure my legs at the 10th day to see if there has something change.

Day 5: Rest Day

Day 6: ✅ I was today really tired to do the workout cuze yesterday last night I was learning the hole night but I still try it.

Day 7: ✅ this workout was great. I felt less more pain since I took the "rest day" and I also just felt more better so yeah can't wait for the next workout!

Day 8: ✅This workout went also great I also felt more comfortable and I feel less more pain in the morning so yeah.

Day 9: ✅ I’m excited for tomorrow cause then I’m going to measure my legs. Hopefully something has change 🤞and btw the workout went great and it also became kinda more easier.

Ps: I will tomorrow only measure my thighs cause I found three days ago that this workout was more meant for thighs.

Day 10: Rest day. So I have measured my thighs they are both 49, 5 cm now and before they were 53 cm. I'm very proud of myself!! I seriously didn't expect that it would change that much.

Day 11: ✅ I almost forgot to do the workout bc I had a busy day but today's workout went great it felt great. I didn't felt much pain in the morning just bc of the rest day that I took.

Day 12: ✅I seriously went almost to bed without doing the workout my bad 🤗 so I’ve been thinking to do the workout early like in the morning or maybe later but we will see.

Day 13: ✅ so this time I didn’t forgot it. Yeah!! By this workout I felt less more burning does that mean good or wrong?

Day 14: Rest day, Guys I'm really sorry for not updating and I also kinda forgot everything so sorry 😣 but I will catch everything tomorrow and trying not to forget it.

Day 15: ✅ This workout went better then I thought and this time I kinda felt the burning in my thighs.

Day 16: ✅ this time I really felt the burning and I was happy about because I kinda miss it haha. Can’t wait for tomorrow!

Day 17: ✅ in the morning my legs didn't hurt like in the beginning they felt like just normally and this workout went great.

Day 18: ✅ This workout went also great I felt the burning very much by the last two exercises but it felt great tbh.

Day 19: ✅ this workout went better then I thought and it also become more easier then first.

Ps: I will measure my thighs on the 30th day.

Day 20: Rest day. I don't really feel good I will try tomorrow.

Day 21: ✅ I feel a lot better and the workout went also great so yeah. Can’t wait for the next workout!

Day 22: ✅ by the last two exercises I felt the burning so much but it was all fine it kinda felt great for some reason.

Day 23: ✅ for some reason I really like to do this workout it also kinda feel great to do some exercise.

Ps: so uhm I’m going to take a shot on Tuesday that’s is on 27th July and I don’t know if I can still do the workout because I will get muscle pain of it but we will see.

Day 24: ✅ the last two exercises went better then I thought I usually always struggle with the last two exercises but this time not.

Day 25: ✅ I’m beginning to like this workout it’s feels really great to do some workout for my thighs and the workout went great can’t wait for the next workout.

Day 27: I forgot to say that I went on a vacation this 4 days so I couldn't do the workout there, sorry
