This is my second week of this exercise. I am now more flexible than when I started. Great to encourage us over65s to get mobile. From Stirling Scotland.👌

I'm only 27 but have a muscle disability that means I have issues with mobility and really bad joint pains daily. Your other work outs I have not been able to do with my weak joints due to pain but these are the first ones I'm able to do and already feel better for doing it. Thank you - please keep these coming :)

Thanks Joe, back here as no swimming which I’ve done instead since late July. As a 74 yr old I’m so pleased to find your sets for seniors still online. A good start to the day.

Hi Joe I don’t do your live as too much for me, I am one of the vulnerable but I do the Senior one every morning I’m on my own but have video chat with sister. I make sure I do exercise everyday. Thank you. Xx

I'm 84 years old and enjoy your 10 minute chair workout, I do 1 day Pilates and 1 day your workout, should be fit at the end of the lockdown !!

Thank you Joe I am 72 and have been doing your senior work out for 2 weeks now. although I walk 4 to 5 miles a day this work out get to other muscles and is I am feeling fitter by the day. Take care now

As soon as we heard about you giving school children exercises each morning we thought we d have a go but we coulnt keep up! We are 73 and 85 so we wre thrilled when we found your pe for seniors and have done them every day since. they are a challenge for my husbanbd because he is very tall but he kept on doing the stand up sit down till he had mastered it. Fabulous, Joe! Thank you. Love the chickpea bicep curl. My Mum stopped her fitness class it became too fast for her and the music too loud. It’s a wonderful thing to offer fitness for everyone, I’ll send this on to her.

Hi Joe, I'm pretty fit for someone my age, been doing your PE sessions, but I sent this video to my Mum whose 85. She will listen to you!
