5 months ago I hopped on the scale. The number that caused me so much saddest, 185 pounds. At the time I was 14, 5'6, 185 pounds! I have just been so motivated to be fit and heathy! I did not go on the scale until today. The number that caused so much happiness and achievement, 135.6 pounds! I am so proud

I love this video! Makes it easy to go back and find the explanation of how to do each move. I am about to plank, superwoman (so cute how it's superwoman instead of superman!), and reverse crunch. I hate those so much but I'm slowly getting better! Need to get rid of the pooch

I always do planks. So I want to try, the kettle bell swings, thread the needle, and knee slides. Those are all exercises that I never really do. 😄
