Your weight loss series is my favorite so far! Definitely a challenge for me. But I'm able to stick with it as its only 15 minutes. All the muscles I need to work hurt the next day, so I'm on the right track. Thank you Dean!

I’ve been trying to get V shaped look back . I haven’t had for years. Plus I’ve never seen my abs. I used to be 220. Now I’m 178. I see myself skinny fat. I eat 4 eggs everyday with avocado 🥑. And Greek yogurt. With organic blueberries. Love my salmon.

This is my favorite so far. I can already see my abs after one week of eating slightly better and exercising four times a week. Thank you so much, Dean. Also, I love that it includes getting the right technique whilst exercising.

I've been doing your yoga workout for around 6-7 weeks now and have lost just over 6kg (87 down to 81), so firstly thank you for posting up such an effective workout. I'm now mixing up Episode 1 & 2 per week, I do 2 of each every week. Is that a good idea or should I just stick with one of them?

Holy crap.... I wasn't going to comment, but this one looks intense. I may need to create a playlist for something that deals with great exercises for weight loss and etc. I can't believe Dean was able to talk and teach at the same time. This would've been me 😨 panting crazy....while teaching haha.

Thanks. I work at a construction compagny, so my body is used to moving around all day. My metabolism is much slower to burn fat. But I also have Hashimoto's (slow thyroid), so that worsens it even more. This is perfect for when I get home after a hard day of work. Slow controlled movements where I engage my muscles. It's not draining, but it's still heavy enough. :)
Maybe you should do a yoga session/workout for people with a bad working thyroid?

Wow these exercises always make me sweat. You are an amazing instructor, being able to talk while doing these are extremely hard. By the way, if my muscles feel sore should i take a day off or should i keep going? I'm praticing this everyday and for every three day i give myself 1 day rest.
