I do incline, decline and pushups because that's what I have at home.

everything was right, but guys take as much rest as you want between sets. So you can perform like the previous set

1 minute rest is not enough if your truly training to failiure you wont be able to do snother good set with same amount of intensity and reps if onky resting 1 minute

Low repetitions doesn’t work for my chest, been hitting my chest for 20 reps last month per set, and its a huge difference.
