Maddie, I am so thankful for your videos. I love how many beginner friendly videos you have out there, very helpful. I have had spurts of motivation for working out the past two years, but nothing solid and lasting. About a month ago, I realized how good your channel was and started doing them almost everyday during the week! I have an idea for playlists that I think would be really helpful! Would you make playlists for short, medium length and longer workouts? Like maybe less than 10 mins, 10-20 minutes and 20+ minutes? I’m always trying to squeeze in a workout when I can and I think this could be helpful finding a workout that fits into the time I have. Looove your workouts! Truly life changing! My husband and I do them together!

Everyone should have 5 minutes of personal time, if not then go to sleep earlier and get up earlier. That doesn't mean you have to be the normal 8 to 5'er either.
Even Night owls and graveyard shifts need to take personal time. like Nike says JUST DO IT.

I actually got a pop out of my upper back from this ! Thank you I sit for 12 hours a day and 4.5 hours into this shift it really helped warm my body and focus on the form and way I move
