25% i think flexibility might be my main Problem since i get cramps in my quads and hamstrings after a few seconds

Those are veery hard for me. Beginning form i can hold for a couple of seconds. I believe I lack the shoulder muscles to hold these positions but I won't stop trying. thank you!
