30 SECONDS - JUMP ROPE DOUBLE UNDERS 1/4LB ROPE
30 SECONDS - JUMP ROPE REGULAR BOUNCE 1/4LB ROPE
30 SECONDS - JUMP ROPE HIGH KNEES 1/4LB ROPE
30 SECONDS - JUMP ROPE REGULAR BOUNCE 1/4LB ROPE
30 SECONDS - JUMP ROPE TOE TAPS 1/4LB ROPE
30 SECONDS - JUMP ROPE REGULAR BOUNCE 1/4LB ROPE
-rest 15 seconds between exercises
-repeat circuit 2 times

I was OBESE and started to jump rope 5 months ago. I can't even finish half of this workout at first. Now I can do it 3 times!!! I lose total of 20 POUNDS and continuing my journey!

I was worry about jumping will hurt my knees before I start. But it turns out just fine! I felt my knee and tight getting stronger. For others who got doubt because of "too heavy to workout". Let's give it a try first. Do the thing :)

Just wanna say I LOVE THIS! I was getting bored of my old routine.
Still can’t double under for 30 secs straight so I do 10 double, 10 reg, 10 double for that part!

tip to make it harder: do stationary runs, quick feet, or jumping jacks in between regular jumps (on break times)

This is my favorite workout. It's my warm up, & also the routine I do twice on cardio days. I'm not ready yet for 3 times. Soon.

3 years later and I still do this particular workout very frequently, this is the best workout to do when you're short on time or don't feel like really working out!
