This guy is brilliant. I am a nurse practitioner and I remember when I was in school we did some research on jumping jacks. 10 min jumping jacks= running for 1 mile.
But Adrian is a genius because his method helps you exercise with little breaks in between since it's very hard to do continuous jumping jacks for 10 minutes or longer.
That's a good alternative for runners in this pandemic where exercising outside is dangerous and the gyms are closed.
You're the real deal man.

Look I need to tell y’all how I do it and what it has done to me. I’ve lost 4.5 pounds in 4 days, this is my 5th day and I feel sore from my back but I know it’s worth it. Everyday at 10pm I do this work out 1time wait 10mins and do it again and I also drink a lot of water. I use to weigh 195 now I’m at 190.5 pounds in the 4th day I’m gonna check how much I weigh on the 6th day. I eat healthy stuff like chicken breast. I am 17 year old tryna make a change in my body. I can’t wait to see my progress at the end of the month, I hope this motivates you to push your self to lose weight. I’ll keep you guys updated on my weight loss, thanks for this video. All love❣️

I followed your videos a couple of years ago when i was trying to lose weight, and this video in particular helped me lose 10kg in ONE month! and it especially helped me lose weight from my lower body (because that's where i store most fat). However, i stopped working out after i lost that weight and gradually went back to my old bad eating habits, and for no one's surprise i gained all the weight back. so here i am back again to your videos hoping they would do the same wonders they did years ago! and for anyone who's questioning whether doing this workout and ONLY this workout would actually help you lose weight .. i promise IT DOES. Hey everyone, My weight was 282. I did a 10 minute my first day then the 2nd day I did the 20 minute . Its been 4 days so far and I lost 6.5lbs . I’m eating sensibly and drinking a gallon of water a day. I will be posting weekly updates . My goal weight is 200.

Idk how i could thank you enough adrian im a 15 year old kid, i was 75kg when i started this workout but know im at 69kg with only 1month of working out and im still continuing to do this workout my goal is to reach 65kg. ❤🥰
