I've followed Dr Berg for a couple of years and yes he's good BUT Since I've found you I've learned even more, hopefully we can get your subs up in the high #s, I'll spread you as much as possible

Walking hills and then flat works all your body. Also, being outside keeps you happy. It’s the little things.
My issue is I get up 5-6 times a night go pee and it’s affecting my quality of life. This has been going on for over five years and then I am seriously at my wits end.
