You should create a medical podcast. I am a doctor and would like to hear your content.

I know NSAIDs can cause or worsen a lot of GI issues, which makes me nervous about taking them given my own GI symptoms, but ibuprofen is the only thing I've taken that helps my migraines. I read about sometimes long-term prescriptions of NSAIDs being paired with PPIs, what situations does that usually happen in? (personally I'll probably bring it up with my GI doc next I see her)

I use a budesonide inhaler for asthma, so I'm intrigued that it's gut specific in another form!

I have MC. Budesonide did nothing. It was mast cell related. It originated from Cdiff from abx, only antihistamines for me. Thank you for discussing this, wish you'd mention cdiff.

Budesonide is a G-d-Send!
Question - is there harm in long term use of Budesonide? My Doc is trying to wean me off it after I've been on it for years. I'm not doing very well with the weaning. I want to just say "let me live with my dose, please". Is there really a good reason to wean off it? Osteoporosis, for instance?
