What's it like living in Oklahoma City? Well it's hot and humid, and experiences some of the most insane weather in the country. OKC is the capital and largest city in the Sooner State, but it still gets hit by tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters. It seemed doomed to fail just 20 years ago, but is now one of the fastest growing and best cities to live in America, with cool new areas downtown like Bricktown and the Paseo Arts District. If so many people are moving here, and there's a cheap cost of living, then why shouldn't you live in Oklahoma's Capitol?

As a navy veteran and been all over the world I can honestly say Oklahoma has been the beat place to live! My mom was a Okc school teacher and had the top scores in low income areas and was loved by all her students! She no longer teaches in public schools but loves teaching my kids and some of there friends! I have to say the cops do write lots of tickets! I get a ticket at least once a year but that’s on me for speeding! Economically speaking living here is very comfortable!
