++Reason for blurs/muted audio: This channel was renamed in Oct 2021. All references to the old name have been removed.++
CORRECTIONS: Churches are actually exempt from paying taxes in Germany and the Neo-Nazi party is called NPD of course, and not NDP. I didn't notice I had the letters switched.

ABOUT ME: Hallo, Servus, and welcome to my channel! My name is Felicia (Feli), I'm 26, and I'm a German living in the USA! I was born and raised in Munich, Germany but have been living in Cincinnati, Ohio off and on since 2016. I first came here for an exchange semester during my undergrad at LMU Munich, then I returned for an internship, and then I got my master's degree in Cincinnati. I was lucky enough to win the Green Card lottery and have been a permanent resident since 2019! In my videos, I talk about cultural differences between America and Germany, things I like and dislike about living here, and other experiences that I have made during my time in the States. Let me know what YOU would like to hear about in the comments below. DANKE :)

CORRECTIONS: Churches are actually exempt from paying taxes in Germany and the Neo-Nazi party is called NPD of course, and not NDP like I said in the video. I didn't notice I had the letters switched because I never use this word in English but thank you guys for pointing it out! Also, the US census is not voluntary which I'm aware of. This was phrased poorly. What I meant was that a lot of people don't get counted in the end and people submit their own information regarding name, date of birth, ethnic identity etc. which means they could submit wrong information too. I'm always open for corrections and thankful for any kind of feedback! :)

Being a German that stumbled over this reaction video, I am glad that Feli took her time to correct all the factual mistakes Briggs had in his original video.

My husband was in the U S Army for 14 years and served 2 tours in Germany. Our first child was born in Stuttgart. We spent a total of 5 years in Germany, from 1982-1984 in Boblingen near Patch Barracks 1990-1992 in Pforzheim (stationed in Karlruhe.)
We loved our time there. We would especially love to go back for Christmas if we had the money.
I love your videos!

I agree with you, Feli.I lived in Germany from 1986-88.I worked in Sembach Air Base Station and lived in Enkenbach. If it wasn't for my family being in Puerto Rico and U.S., I would love to live in Germany.I learned to defend myself with the language and did some traveling.I drove to take Oktoberfest in München where you are from. And with all respect, German ladies are very beautiful.
I watch all your You Tube posts because they bring back lots of very good memories.Good luck.Tchüss.
Ich Lieber Deutcheland.
