Milk - 80-150 depending on type used. Oats- 150. Banana - 105, berries - 50, bee juice - 60, and granola - 20-50. No matter what this breakfast is a lot more than 350

Too much carbs for a breakfast imo, the insulin spike from that would make you tired. A better breakfast is a few eggs with diced veggies and ham, cup of coffee and you’ll be much more energized until lunch.

The trick is to use a small bowl so it looks overfilled. The calories are correct: 40g oats 150, 150ml almondmilk 30, 1 tsp honey 20, 1 small banana 90, 25g strawberries 10, 25g berries 15, 10g granola 40.

I always have a 100g of oats with 200ml of milk and a splash of Nutella been doing me wonders and keeping me full until my lunch at 1.

Here is my oats recipe-25g oats, 10-15g dark choclate, 1 scoop whey, 24g chocos(optional) but try it for once, 140 g banana, 5 almonds aprrox calories are nearly 600 but it will keep you full for a long time( customize servings of banana dark choclate and almonds and chocos accroding to your taste and calories.peace out

Insulin would be off the charts. I'm sorry but you need protein. Not only are you eating oatmeal but you're adding granola and to top it off a whole banana with honey. Literally you're serving sugar on a plate. You should technically be breaking your fast "break-fast" with a high-fat and a protein. Not only will you lose weight but you'll keep your insulin low.
