Made it with coffee too, and multiplied all ingredients by 4 to have a breakfast ready for 5 days!! Cheap and amazing!❤❤

40g oats
1 Tbs cocoa powder
Pinch cinnamon
Tad vanilla
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
100ml almond milk (or any milk really)

Blend
Pour into baking tray (looks like a 20x30)
Sprinkle with chocolate chips
Bake for 180 in a fan forced oven for 30 mins (200 for conventional)
Cover with foil if starting to burn

next time you make it add a tsp of instant coffee too for enhancing the chocolatey flavour

I finally tried something I found on YouTube, and yo, this recipe was fire to start with. Shoutout for the recipe! Y’all gotta try it, it's dope. But 15 minutes in the oven wasn’t enough for me. I used a toothpick to check after 15, then let it go for another 7-8 minutes. Came out perfect!

nice healthy dessert. mine took around 18 mins in a 180C preheated oven. if you wanted it to be very cakey it would take more, or you can add more oats. I also added a tbs maple syrup.

update:
- it would take only 10min in an air fryer.
- if the banana was ripe enough it would make it sweeter so I dont add maple syrup
- I sometimes add a tbs of peanut butter or a tsp of instant coffee to enhance the flavor

I made this today and it tasted really good, though the banana i used wasn't ripe so it needed a bit more sweetness, I'll just add a sweetener next time

Hi! Just tried this recipe today, it’s actually so good! Im not a huge fan of oats but this is delicious. Sweet enough without any sugar added, but it actually took a longer time to bake - around 30 mins!

I added greek yogurt, protein milk, egg whites, and a bit of peanut butter. This added a really good flavor and high protein. 😋👌👌

I did it but with some changes . First, I had pre-ground oats at home that didn't turn into fine flour, so I used that. Second, I didn't use a blender. Third, I used regular cow's milk because I don't have almond milk.Fourth, I added about 3 or 4 tablespoons of honey. Fifth, I put the milk, honey and banana in a separate small bowl and used a potato masher to mash them together. I put the mixture in a lightly oiled round pan in my toaster oven at fan setting of 210 degrees for about 35 or 40 minutes. I forgot to put the chocolate chips in, so I put them in after It came out of the oven. Although we are not used to healthy desserts, but ok now I am fighting with my mom because I want to eat it all and my mom wants me to share it with her, my dad, my little brother and sister.😅. Thanks for the recipe ❤😊
