I really love the ideas though these can be easily counted as snacks not meals for some people. I like that you point out that 200 kcal is not enough :)!

For breakfast I always eat oatmeal with honey and eggs mixed with white rice after I workout for lunch I make a protein smoothie with unsweetened yogurt, banana, blueberries, cottage cheese an avocado honey roasted peanuts and milk. No protein powder

Would you consider making a video on how you grocery shop / meal plan?? Sometimes it’s hard to start the journey while feeling loss or overwhelmed with the amount of food choices/ meal ideas and then you either over buy or don’t buy enough!!

I'm a little late to the party but I finally tried the spinach wrap and GURL YOU POPPED OF WITH THAT RECIPE. SO GOOD!!! I'm usually more of a sweet breakfast girl but this is filling aswell as super tasty

I’ve tried the breakfast sandwich which the avocados, tomatoes, eggs etc & I’ve tried the strawberry yogurt breakfast. All of these are a 10/10!

Some super great ideas I’ll deffo be trying!! For number 8 the banana smoothie I’d recommend freezing the banana before (peeled and kept in a sandwich bag/container) it makes it sooo much thicker n creamier
