I used to weight 220 5’7 and 20yrs old so i just started counting calories and i maintained my weight at 180 I’ve started to count calories again and i weight 169 I also work as a granite countertop fabricator and installer so I think thats what helped me maintain my weight as well as having more self control 😎💪🏽

I mix breakfasts between a protein pudding or some overnight oats. Something I can prepare the night before and eat the next morning. Delicious and easy. ❤️🏋️💪

i was very proud of after losing 30kg... but went on holiday back to my home country and gained almost 8kg. I lost my abs and felt crap. Now, its time to lose even more this time. Thx for this video man!!

Is a 2-egg white omelette really that big of a difference compared to a 2-whole eggs omelette when you're trying to lose weight? I've a heart (and weight^^;;) condition and I've been trying to figure out the best egg meal/s I could go with (because I really like egg dishes, and they're easy and quick so very convenient to do in a jiffy, if necessary). I also ask because I don't really know what to do with the yolks if I make it with just the whites x.x

At first I was thinking, how on earth are these Low calorie, Then I saw you eat 2725 calories a day 😂 yeah, I'm at 1700 calories a day, so I was hoping for lower calorie options. But everything sure does look good 💜
