girl i been watching a lotta fitness videos so i thought you was gonna put protein powder in your beaten eggs and i’m so glad that wasn’t the case

This looks great, I have this recipe
- Mix eggs and cottage cheese just like the video
- Saute onions ( I prefer green onions ) for some time with cumin and mustard seeds
- Add tomatoes to it and wait till the tomatoes get soft and squishy
- Now add the mixed egg-cheese solution
- add some spices and salt
- stir it intermittently and wait till almost all the water from cottage cheese and tomato gets evaporated
- wait for it to cool down to room temperature


It can be eaten directly or can be used as sandwich stuff. You can add cheese with egg solution for better taste.

Yes I use cottage cheese instead of cheese in egg muffins. Delicious. Thanks for reminding me to buy cottage cheese. I love your ideas.

I love this too. I like putting them in the blender though. It makes for some fluffier eggs.

Cottage cheese also known as 'paneer' has been around as a great source of protein for vegetarians(not vegans) here in India.
It's even better than protein powders.
So happy to see you used it instead of putting protein powder.😃❤️

Brilliant yumna! this is perfect since i love eggs and cottage cheese, plus my metabolism is too fast so i constantly need more protein. (although personally i would add the cottage cheese into the pan rather than the mixing bowl part, but it seems to work either way.) power breakfast, brava!

Add half a cup of frozen peas that’s another 6g of good protein and it taste really good

You should try putting garlic and onion powder in your eggs. I tried it one time and never have eggs without it. Make sure it’s the powder, and not a salt

We in India (Punjab) usually prepare this bhurji( scrambled) for breakfast, consists of eggs n freshly prepared paneer ( cottage cheese) with tomatoes, onions, ginger, green chilli, fresh coriander leaves n masalas ( generally cumin seeds, carom seeds, garam masala, haldi, salt, red chilli powder n pinch of asafoetida)

I think I saw something about this on the Today Show recently! Thanks for the reminder! I often add Everything seasoning just to give the effs a little flavor.
