Everyone obsessing about how this recipe is too high-calorie or too high-carb need to calm down... You need a decent amount of calories and carbs for your body and brain to even function, Oats are really filling so you only need a small amount! Oh my this is just delicious! I added oats, milk, cocoa powder, half a mashed Banana and mixed crushed seeds/nuts! Topped it with the rest of Banana and a date cocoa orange cashew bar from nakd! I had this in the summer holidays but perfect for a cosy Christmas 🎄 morning! Thankyou! Xx

If you use nice ripe bananas there will be no need for extra sweetener such as honey. Also I’d always use plant milk over dairy but other than that this is such a perfect breakfast ❤️

Looks delicious. I personally need to volume eat to loose weight without going crazy (large amounts of low cal foods) but if you can eat 1/4 a cup and be full for hours great. I'd love this as a cheat meal
