Feb 2021 I was in with the physiotherapist for a trapped nerve. I'd had spinal surgery years ago and was worried it was causing issues again, they said good news you don't need surgery bad is we can't do anything to help. I was in agony couldn't walk without pins and needles and sharp pain, so I came here. Now all these months later I do my morning exercises to help this issue, I walk and am feeling so much better I told my doctor a doctor on YT fixed me. Thank you!!

Yesterday Thursday 04 Jan 2024 I tried your exercises and it relieved my hip pain. I had a lot of discomfort while doing the deep stretches, but goodness, today is Friday 05 Jan 2024 and the hip pain is 95% relieved. Thank you, thank you. I just subscribed to your channel

Hey ... honestly chat, this guy knows what he is talking about. I do repetitive work lifting car parts all day. Had major issues with kinks in my neck.. constant pain. I started doing what dr rowe says.. 3 different exercises. I was doing things that made everything worse. I have been pain free for weeks now. Bro, dr rowe. Thank you!!

Just want to say I came upon your video a few days ago. Had MRI and X-rays because I was having low back pain. Noticed increased pain and weakness in glutes and hips. I’ve been doing these exercises twice a day and for the first time in 9 weeks I’m finding relief thank you so much!❤❤

Yes!! These exercises helped me!!!! I was injured in a horse accident a couple years ago. After going to 3 chiropractors steadily Dr Rowe you have been the one who really helped me with these moves. I am so grateful❤️❤️❤️

Ive been suffering hip pain for almost 24 years now 😢from slipping accidentally when i was in grade school, and my hip began to deform when i was in college..that made me uncomfortable and feel shamed😢 because everyone noticed and sometimes reason why i got bully. I thank you sir for this video. It really help me ease the pain. But hopefully can cure the deformation of my hips.

I have been suffering from tight glutes and piriformis and my left side, which then appears to trigger lower back pain. This video is very well timed. I just ran through the routine and will try it regularly. I’ve had this issue on and off for years, so a more long-term solution would be welcome. Many thanks.

2 things i ❤️this video: - a chiropractor also has hip pain
