Was so glad someone told us that we can slow the YouTube playback speed. With 2 knee replacements - sometimes my legs don’t go fast enough or do what I ask them to do. I slowed this to 75% & it was a perfect workout for me! Loved it. Great leg / coordination workout! Thanks Jenny😁

You are absolutely a born teacher. I just did your basic step. I watched all the ads to help your channel and, of course, “liked” the video!

I loved this beginning routine. I'm recovering from hip replacement surgery and my therapist gave me permission to start a step routine. The first time took my breath away. The second time i was able to complete the video. Thanks Jenny.

Love this work out! I am a 62 year old woman with Peripheral Artery Disease, so about mid way I had to pause for a few minutes. But I jumped right back in and finished the work out—yay, me! Thank you for this "slow" but thorough beginners step work out!!

I don't have a stepper but did it all on the floor. The great beat and your friendly encouragement made it fun.

Hi Jenny. I laughed at the end when you said "If this video is too easy for you..." It was definitely not too easy but I managed to follow it and really enjoyed it. Thanks for your suggestion of not doing the arms when you get confused. That really helped. I love all your videos. You have really been a lifesaver during this pandemic, especially since here in Israel we under lockdown again for an indefinite period. Thanks!!!

After minor surgery last Monday afternoon on my waist I've not been able to do any exercise, boy do your spirits plummet. So this morning I decided to do step without the arms, figured it can't hurt. Oh it feels great to move more again, thanks for all you do.

So we tried it. It's ok. We don't have a step. The only one we had problems following was the knee one. By the last time, we got at least one side. We are going to keep on going. WE LOVE YOU JENNY. I really love how patient you are. Have a great week. We are going to find just the step and each day one of us will do the step while the other uses a towel or has none. I don't know how it will be for my knee.

Wow, at 76, I just completed my first ever step class. My bench arrived a couple of days ago. I’ll be repeating this a few times before I’m ready to advance. It feels like a great work out! Thank you again for motivating me to keep moving.
