Hello from a New Zealand vampire! I’d love to do a live with you, but for me they are 1am and 4am and I don’t love you all that much 😂
Your workouts have helped me regain my motivation for fitness and moving my body again after recovering from breast cancer. Some days fatigue and body pain make me want to just curl up in my chair but I can hear you telling me to just keep moving, so I do! i used to do step when my first was born ('92) i've been using the steps as a weight bench for many years. I decided to give it a go a few months ago. I LOVE IT! Started without any step or risers, then the base step, now one riser. Love the choreography and that you had some slower tempos so that my brain could keep up with my feet. 66yo!
