THANK YOU!!! I remember doing step when I was a teenager. I loved it, but now, since my return (I am 45) every new gym, or online class I go, its too fancy. I am completely lost and get no work out. FINALLY, I FOUND YOU. Simple, too the point and since I am always with you, I finally get a sweat going. Please, dont go anywhere, and if you do, I will follow I finally feel like I got workout instead of getting lost in a dance class.

Just stacked this video with a basic 128bpm x 30min and LOVED IT! I'm starting to transition from basic to basic/intermediate. As well as an increase in bpm. For me, this is such a great way to get me back in to fitness AND having TONS of fun doing it. With Chris' great teaching style and her contagious energy, it doesn't matter that this video was made 2 yrs ago or just 2 minutes ago. I am having so much fun and I look forward to exercising from the moment I wake up. I am a full time RN that works shift work. I am tired and emotionally burned out. Didn't realize that much time had elapsed until you said, "grab some water." Things I appreciate: prompting (everyone does not know how to do this), mirroring (one of the hardest things for instructors to learn), and laughing/moving on when you make a mistake. Your class was golden! Loved it!
