This dude a beast fr, i just tried all of these and he actually make these look easier than is, ima give a update in 2 months to see if i can dunk(main goal is to dunk before my bday dec 15th currently 6'0 w no dunk but can touch rim a lil)

Actually just got my first dunk 2 days ago and you have been a huge part of it zero🔥 appreciate dawg. I do isometrics daily but my insane jumpers knee doesn’t seem to go away. Any ideas?

Last off about ISOs is very important yall.

I haven’t been able to jump with max intent for almost two years due to injury.

Y’all have to do the maintenance along with the jump training!
