First hiit I've not paused. Get in 17st 5lb when I started, down just over 2st. These are burning it away. Thanks Joe

Thanks Joe. Really wasn’t feeling a workout this morning as had been up in the night with my little boy, but I woke up and put gym gear straight on and went for it. Feel so much better and more awake already. 20 mins is the perfect length for me too!
