Just added this to my faves. A great all rounder except I can't do burpees very well so I squat/lunge jump instead. Like the side planks at the end too. As an older bird (46) new to this exercise malarkey, doing these hiits 4-5 times a week has improved my core, legs & arms immensely in just a few weeks. So thank you.

Run on spot
Ab stretch crunch
Mountain climbers
Single leg bicycle crunches
Up-down plank
Burpees

Repeat 3 times

Wasn't able to perform on 100% the exercises, as i was off training for four days, then i thought would give this a go half an hour ago ... now i got sweat all over ! Thanks Joe !

I had a bit of a stitch during the last round which made things tougher! It’s a great workout that seems to go quite quickly. Thanks so much Joe x

For a tougher cardio finisher I do 2 extra running on the spot for 40 secs. Hard after the burpees! Loving the work outs!

I must have done this one a while ago, I won’t leave so long to do it again. I enjoyed it, there’s a good mix of moves. The side planks at the end were a killer! Your workouts are amazing, thanks Joe x
