did this this morning my god had to take 5 minutes out looking at the ceiling to recover haha! love that he has to take little breaks too shows us that were all human and can break

Burnt 150 cals doing this but am sweating, and I love how he shows how tired he is doing it. It is motivating because we are just as tired and he pushes through which makes us think hey, this is tough, but we can still push through! Not like those barely breaking a sweat DVDs that do it all so effortlessly. Honestly I give up halfway with those fake ass DVDs because i feel so inadequate.

6 weeks postpartum today and back on the Bodycoach HIIT workouts. This one was a favourite of mine pre pregnancy but I see you have so many new uploads to try which is great. Will stick to this one for now to wean myself in. Forgotten how hard burpees and press ups are 😁

AMAZING!!! Just did the 20 Minute Fat Burning HIIT & Abs - a really tough one, but completed it. After one week of following The Body Coach, I'm feeling so much fitter and I can see my stomach muscles again. Thanks Joe!!!! :)

That burpee destroys my knee (the sound of dislocation and pain was real)...good thing is that you can do it if you spread legs more wide when going up...just a free tip for you guys who have problems with your knees doing these things

Joe, I am 60 years young, in lousy shape...but I love to follow your HIIT videos, you present it very much down to earth and honest. Recently started to self coach me back to shape using HIIT...still have these 48 hours aching muscles after your sessions..but I am optimistic. Thanks for doing this...amazing how you can talk during HIIT :)
